1. Booking & Payment

 

• All reservations are final.

• Once booked, all sales are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified in your confirmation email.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

• Events may be rescheduled due to weather, safety, or mechanical issues at our discretion.

• You will be offered the next available date or a credit.

• No-shows or late arrivals forfeit the ticket with no refund.

 

3. Identification & Age Policy

 

• You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID to attend our boat parties.

• Entry will be denied without a refund if ID is not presented.

 

4. Behavior & Safety

 

• Intoxication, aggressive behavior, or rule violations may result in removal from the event.

• No illegal substances or outside alcohol are permitted on board.

 

5. Weather Policy

 

• Light rain or wind will not cancel an event.

• In the case of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a credit.

 

6. Photography & Media Use

 

• By attending, you agree to be photographed or filmed.

• Media may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

• If you do not wish to appear in media, notify staff on arrival.

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

• You participate at your own risk.

• Miami Seafest is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages before, during, or after the event.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

• All content on MiamiSeaFest.com is our property.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.
